Information you give us

When you request a quote, we collect what you enter: your name, email, phone number (if you provide it), your preferred contact method, the coverage you’re interested in and any message. If you call or email Rick directly, we receive whatever you choose to share in that conversation.

Please don’t send policy numbers, driver’s licence numbers, VINs, payment details or other sensitive information through the website form.

How we use it

We use your information only to respond to your request and to discuss insurance options with you. A quote request does not bind coverage. We don’t sell your information or share it for others’ marketing.

Where it’s kept

Form submissions are emailed to Rick Lewelling and stored securely in the website’s database for up to 180 days, then deleted automatically. The website is hosted by WPX Hosting, which processes data on our behalf to run the site.

Cookies and analytics

This website uses only the cookies needed for it to work. It doesn’t currently use advertising or analytics tracking. If that changes, we’ll update this policy.
